Free Zone Company (F.Z.C)
- Passport copy with validity six months for
each partner
- One color photograph for each partner
- No Objection Letter from the existing
sponsor if the applicant is a resident of the
UAE
- Business Plan is required in case of
industrial and service license
- Fees: 100 DHS
Branch of Local Company (BLC)
- Passport copy with validity six months of
the representative or manager of the
company
- One color photograph
- Original License
- Original Chamber of Commerce Certificate
- Original Commercial Registration
- Business Plan is required in case of
industrial and service license.
- Fees: 100 DHS
Branch of Foreign Company (BFC)
- Passport copy with validity six months of
the representative or manager of the
company
- One color photograph
- Incorporated or registration certificate from
the competent authority in the country
where the company is registered
- The memorandum AND / OR articles of
association of the company
- Decision of resolution of the competent
authority of the company authorizing it to
invest or carry out the specific activity in
the Free Zone and appointing a
representative or manager with power of
attorney duly notarized and legalized to act
on behalf of the company
- Business Plan is regard in case of service
and industrial license.
- Fees: 100 DHS
Note: Document 3, 4 and 5 should be attested /
certified by the UAE Embassy and UAE
Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Sending Company Name for Approval to
Chamber of Commerce ( First Day )
- Calling the investor in order to sign the
documents, pay the fees and receive the
license ( Second Day )
